The song (including the master recording and the composition), the video, and any other materials that I have submitted (collectively, my “Submission”) is wholly original to me and I have has obtained all necessary rights in and to my Submission including, without limitation, the express written consent from any identifiable person who appears in the video). I affirm that I am not signed to any music label or have a relationship with any third party sponsor that might limit my ability to reproduce and perform my Submission or affect Samsung's ability to disseminate the Submission or use my likeness.
